Brand economics

The pre-launch math: what a unit really costs landed, what this order does to your cash, and when the next one is due. Every number is an editable assumption — replace the samples with your real quotes, and everything recomputes.

Running production already? The cost model prices your next run from your own records instead.

Dashed line is $0; the dotted line is your starting cash.

When to place the second order

With a 110-day lead time, the second order has to be placed 8 days after launch to avoid a stock-out. At that point you will have 1 week of real sales data. If demand runs at twice the plan, the order-by date moves from day 132 to day 82, 50 days earlier. Ordering late here means air freight.
